Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of nioliaweddings.com, operated by Niolia Weddings from a private floral studio at 506 Broadway, San Francisco, California.

Made-to-Order Wedding Flowers

All floral products are made to order using fresh, natural materials. Ready-to-order bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and other personal flowers require at least 48 hours’ notice. Earlier ordering is recommended for weekends, holidays, and coordinated wedding-party orders.

Natural Variation and Substitutions

Flowers vary by season, grower, opening stage, tone, and natural movement. Niolia preserves the intended palette, silhouette, scale, design character, and value of each order. Necessary substitutions are made thoughtfully with flowers of equal or greater quality and value. Major changes are communicated whenever timing permits.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Ready-to-order products are paid in full at checkout. Custom weddings require a 20% non-refundable retainer to reserve the date, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the wedding unless a written proposal states otherwise.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery throughout San Francisco is complimentary. Delivery elsewhere in the Bay Area may be available by prior arrangement. Scheduled pickup is available from our private studio by confirmed appointment only. Customers are responsible for providing complete delivery details, access instructions, and a working telephone number.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Ready-to-order personal flowers cancelled seven days or more before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between seven days and 48 hours are eligible for store credit. Orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours. Custom wedding terms are governed by the accepted proposal and the applicable cancellation policy.

Fresh Floral Products

Fresh flowers are perishable and cannot be physically returned or resold. Quality concerns must be reported promptly with the order number and clear photographs. Eligible concerns may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or another case-by-case remedy.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, floral designs, text, graphics, branding, and other original content on this website are owned by or licensed to Niolia Weddings and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or commercially used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niolia Weddings is not responsible for delay, damage, or loss caused by incorrect information, unavailable recipients, venue restrictions, weather, heat exposure, improper handling after delivery, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
