The order may be cancelled for store credit. Store credit may be applied to a future Niolia Weddings order.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because flowers have been sourced and production has begun.

Changes to names, delivery details, pickup timing, or quantities are accommodated when possible. Changes may affect price and availability.

A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the wedding date.

The remaining balance is due in full 30 days before the wedding.

Custom wedding cancellations must be received at least 30 days before the event. The booking retainer remains non-refundable. Amounts paid beyond the retainer are reviewed according to work completed, flowers ordered, and contractual commitments already made.
