Ready-to-order bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, and boutonnieres require at least 48 hours’ notice. Earlier ordering is recommended for weekends, holidays, and coordinated wedding-party orders.

Complimentary delivery is available throughout San Francisco. Bay Area delivery may be available by prior arrangement; please contact the studio before ordering.

Standard website windows are 10 AM–12 PM, 12–2 PM, 2–4 PM, 4–6 PM, and 6–8 PM, seven days a week. The earliest pickup time available at checkout is 10 AM.

Earlier pickup may be possible as a special request, but it must be arranged with the studio before placing the order.

We usually contact the recipient before dispatch. If delivery fails, the flowers return to the studio. A second delivery is $30, or the order may be collected by scheduled pickup. Incorrect or incomplete delivery information does not qualify for a refund.

Cancellations made at least seven days before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between seven days and 48 hours receive store credit. Orders cannot be cancelled within 48 hours.

A 20% non-refundable retainer secures the date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Custom wedding cancellations must be made at least 30 days before the event; the retainer remains non-refundable.

Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal are accepted. Niolia Weddings does not currently offer digital gift cards.

The palette, silhouette, scale, and design character will be preserved. Natural movement and seasonal availability mean every finished piece is slightly unique.

Substitutions are kept to a minimum. When necessary, we preserve the overall palette, style, movement, and value, and contact you for major changes whenever time permits.

Contact weddings@niolia.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Eligible concerns are resolved through replacement or store credit. Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only case by case.
