Shipping & Delivery Policy

Niolia Weddings provides local floral delivery and scheduled studio pickup. Fresh wedding flowers are not shipped by mail or common carrier.

San Francisco Delivery

Delivery throughout San Francisco, including San Francisco City Hall and nearby hotels, is complimentary.

Bay Area Delivery

Delivery elsewhere in the Bay Area may be available by prior arrangement. Contact the studio before placing the order so we can confirm availability, timing, and any applicable service charge.

Delivery and Pickup Days

Delivery and scheduled pickup are available Monday through Sunday.

Standard Windows

Standard website windows are 10 AM–12 PM, 12–2 PM, 2–4 PM, 4–6 PM, and 6–8 PM. The earliest pickup time offered through online checkout is 10 AM. Earlier pickup may occasionally be possible by special request and must be confirmed before the order is placed.

Studio Pickup

Pickup is available from our private studio at 506 Broadway, San Francisco. Niolia is not open for walk-in shopping. All pickups must be scheduled and confirmed in advance.

Recipient and Access Information

Provide a complete address, a reliable telephone number, access instructions, and the recipient’s full name. For hotels and venues, include the property name, room or suite information when applicable, and confirm that the location accepts floral deliveries.

Safe Delivery Locations

When authorized and conditions are appropriate, flowers may be left with a concierge, front desk, receptionist, or in another safe location.

Failed Delivery

If delivery cannot be completed, the flowers return to the studio. A second delivery attempt is $30, or scheduled studio pickup may be arranged. Orders with incorrect or incomplete delivery information are not refundable.
