Refund & Cancellation Policy
Ready-to-Order Personal Flowers
Seven days or more before the scheduled date: eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
Between seven days and 48 hours: eligible for store credit for a future Niolia Weddings order.
Within 48 hours: orders cannot be cancelled or refunded because flowers have been sourced and production has begun.
Custom Weddings and Larger Orders
A 20% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve the wedding date. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the event unless the written proposal states otherwise. Custom wedding cancellations must be received at least 30 days before the event. The retainer remains non-refundable, and amounts paid beyond the retainer are reviewed according to work completed, flowers ordered, rentals reserved, and contractual commitments already made.
Fresh Flowers Are Non-Returnable
Bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and other fresh floral products cannot be physically returned or resold.
Quality Concerns
Contact weddings@niolia.com promptly with the order number, a description of the concern, and clear photographs. Wedding-day concerns should be reported as soon as they are discovered. Eligible concerns may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or another appropriate remedy. Refunds are considered only case by case.
Natural variation, approved substitutions, normal aging, heat or wind exposure, extended time out of water, improper storage, and damage occurring after delivery are not automatically considered product defects.
Delivery Information
Orders delayed or undeliverable because of an incorrect address, missing access details, an unavailable recipient, or inaccurate contact information do not qualify for a refund. A second delivery attempt is $30 when available.
