City Hall weddings call for flowers that feel special without feeling overworked. We design bouquets with clear silhouettes, graceful movement, and carefully considered scale so they remain beautiful from the ceremony through portraits around the building.
Timed delivery and studio pickup are available. Bridal bouquets require at least 48 hours’ notice, and earlier ordering is recommended for weekends and coordinated wedding-party flowers.

Our ready-to-order designs are ideal for City Hall weddings and intimate celebrations. For larger ceremonies, personal floral requests, adjusted palettes, additional wedding-party pieces, or reception flowers, contact the studio with your date, venue, estimated quantities, and visual direction.
We will let you know whether your request is best served through the online collection or a custom proposal.
Bridal bouquets require at least 48 hours’ notice. Earlier ordering is strongly recommended for Friday through Sunday ceremonies, holidays, and orders that include bridesmaid bouquets or boutonnieres.
Our wedding flowers are made to order and are not offered for same-day purchase. The preparation window allows us to source appropriate flowers, condition every stem, and finish each piece to wedding standards.
Yes. Timed delivery to San Francisco City Hall and nearby hotels is available, as well as scheduled pickup from our private San Francisco studio. Delivery availability and fees are confirmed during checkout or directly with the studio for larger orders.
Yes. Scheduled studio pickup is available. Because Niolia is a private working studio, all pickups are by appointment and the pickup time must be arranged in advance.
We preserve the photographed palette, overall silhouette, scale, and design character. Flowers are natural and seasonal, so individual stems may vary in movement or exact variety. Any necessary substitution is made thoughtfully and at equal or greater value.
Yes. Custom product pages include a Complete the Look section with coordinating wedding-party flowers. You may also mix compatible designs when you prefer a subtler match rather than an exact floral repeat.
Yes, depending on the date, scope, and floral direction. Contact the studio for adjusted palettes, additional quantities, reception flowers, or a fully custom proposal. Please include your ceremony date, venue, requested pieces, and approximate budget.
Keep bouquets in a cool room away from direct sun, heaters, and strong air conditioning. Leave the stems in their water source until shortly before use, then gently dry the ribbon. Boutonnieres should remain refrigerated or in the coolest available space until they are pinned on.
