Every Niolia Weddings piece is handcrafted with fresh, natural materials. Because wedding flowers are perishable and made to order, they cannot be returned or resold.

Quality Concerns & Resolutions

We do not accept physical returns of bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, or other fresh floral products.

Contact weddings@niolia.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs. Wedding-day concerns should be reported as soon as they are discovered so we have the best opportunity to help.

When a concern is eligible, Niolia may provide a replacement or store credit. The appropriate resolution depends on timing, availability, the nature of the issue, and whether the flowers were handled according to care instructions.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are considered only case by case. Natural variation, approved substitutions, normal aging, heat exposure, extended time out of water, and damage after delivery are not automatically considered product defects.

Orders delayed or undeliverable because of incorrect addresses, missing access details, unavailable recipients, or inaccurate contact information do not qualify for a refund.
