Complimentary delivery is available throughout San Francisco. Bay Area delivery may be available by prior arrangement. Please contact the studio before placing an order outside San Francisco.

Delivery and scheduled pickup are available Monday through Sunday.

Standard website pickup and delivery windows are 10 AM–12 PM, 12–2 PM, 2–4 PM, 4–6 PM, and 6–8 PM. The earliest pickup time available through online checkout is 10 AM.

Earlier pickup may be possible for a special request, but it must be confirmed with the studio before the order is placed.

Please provide a reliable recipient phone number. We usually call or text before dispatch to confirm someone will be available.

Flowers may be left with a concierge, front desk, or in another safe location when authorized and conditions are appropriate.

If delivery cannot be completed, the flowers return to the studio. A second delivery attempt is $30, or scheduled studio pickup may be arranged. Orders with an incorrect or incomplete address are not refundable.

Provide the full venue or hotel name, room or suite information when applicable, the recipient’s name, and a working phone number. Confirm that the location accepts floral deliveries.
