We preserve the intended color palette, overall silhouette, movement, scale, design character, and value of the order.

If a defining flower or a significant part of the design must change, we will contact you for approval whenever the timeline allows.

Minor supporting flowers or foliage may be adjusted without advance notice when the replacement supports the original design and is of equal or greater quality and value.

Individual flowers vary in size, tone, curve, opening stage, and movement. These differences are part of working with natural materials and do not constitute a substitution or defect.

Include allergies or flowers that must not be used in the order notes and contact the studio if the restriction is medically important. We will confirm whether the request can be accommodated.
