Complimentary delivery throughout San Francisco and scheduled studio pickup are available seven days a week. Standard website windows run from 10 AM through 8 PM. Earlier pickup may be possible by special request and must be confirmed before the order is placed. Bay Area service requires advance approval.

Seven days or more: full refund. Between seven days and 48 hours: store credit. Within 48 hours: no cancellation.

A 20% non-refundable retainer secures the event date. Final payment is due 30 days before the wedding. Cancellation must be received at least 30 days before the event, and the retainer remains non-refundable.

Seasonal substitutions are minimized and made only when necessary. Niolia preserves the intended palette, silhouette, movement, and value, and seeks approval for major changes whenever timing allows.

Eligible concerns are resolved through replacement or store credit. Contact the studio promptly with photographs and order details. Refunds are considered only case by case.
